"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth then go out and get what you’re worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!" - Rocky Balboa
Someone had to describe the performance against the Rebels for what it was. Rubbish. Sometimes in life you have to call a spade a spade, doesn't mean we were packing in on the Force, it means we are realists and are passionate enough to say it was Rubbish. Hell, even the players admitted the same. Living in a bubble and saying it was a great performance would be delusional.
Last night showed what sort of effort we appreciate and love to see regardless of the result. As long as we guts out our games and give our all we should be happy with the boys.
This forum is a place for opinions good or bad but mainly passionate Force opinions.
As for a Tahs membership, i'd prefer carstration.
There are 3 types of people in this world, those that can count and those that can't
Not heroes yet Val, they've played one good game in a row and restored a little bit of my slowly eroded faith.
I think next week will be a litmus test, we've never played two good games in a row, we will need to to stay close against a canes team which is currently playing pretty well.
I think they've got it in them (last night has proven that!) but their problem for the last three years has been mental. They just have this annoying habit of switching off, sometimes for whole games. It seems also to be the easiest games which they go to sleep in, that makes it doubly frustrating when you KNOW they can do that to a Saders team which started 10% off their game and didn't put their usual shit together until after half time.
If they play with similar guts against the Canes, I'll start to sing their praises a bit, but that's a long way away yet!
C'mon the
Yes and the 'cains are hurting ATM after the Blues did'em. Our guys will have to go with the same determination and gut as yesterday.
May the FORCE be with you!
Is the game available for viewing online anywhere?
Check youtube or rugbyaddictors, it'll be up there soon hopefully
Japan and the Pacific Islands for Aussie Super 9's!
Let's have one of these in WA! Click this link: Saitama Super Arena - New Perth Stadium?
Have to say that that Shane guy is a better commentator than the whole lot who've been doing it for years, totally unbiase ATM.
Sorry boring idiot just watched it again with friends.

Proudly Western Australian; Proudly supporting Western Australian rugby
That's how it came over to me. Horgan was basically cheering them on.
TBH I don't care wether he wants us to win or lose but while on air try to be neutral!
May the FORCE be with you!
Crusaders fans planned a pitch invasion of nib Stadium during their side's shock Super Rugby loss to the Western Force.
About 25 supporters of the New Zealand team - one naked, some painted, others partly clothed or in fancy dress - reportedly intended charging on to the field during the game on Saturday night.
