Bit of a 50/50 for me. I didn't see the Brumbies game so not sure how their #5 did. But I'd say there wasn't much between Vickerman and Sharpe. But at the end of the day you gotta pick one. Neither of them stood out to me (at least not as much as they usually do).
See my post in this same topic from a few weeks ago. Growden is just looking to cover his ass for later in the year. He needs to make sure his Tahs get picked enough times so that he can justify picking them in his Wallaby 15 later in the year. It would be embarrasing for him if he picked his Wallaby 15 and then someone pointed out that various players were only the best in their position 1 or 2 times in the year.
Although one has to wonder if Growden even cares what people think of him. Guess if he runs out of Rugby news he can always run his report on top 5 pies of the week.
