Maybe he doesn't want to sign with ARU because of all the controversy it could bring up over a Zimbabwean playing for Australia?

I dont have a problem with him playing for Australia, I would love it but I remember Clyde Rathbone getting a lot of trouble from SA because he played for us.

it means he doesnt get as much money.....the force are capped by aru laws that say each club can pay a max of $110000 to a player, the rest comes from the aru topup and 3rd party deals .......i mean gits only gets $110000 from the force the other $1.39m comes from the aru topup and 3rd party......pocock can still play in aus and for the wallabies but for less money

I think he'll stay in Union, he just wants to make sure that he gets the best deal for him at this stage in his life. He is only 19 so cut him some slack, its a big decision to make and a big deal to possibly be turning down from Europe. I had enough trouble deciding what uni to go to, so I think the fact that he is taking his time and thinking it through properly is good!!

ill give ya the scoop he's missing his family in queensland, thats whats holding his decision back.....theres also a rediculus amount of pressure on him from qru......he wont go to europe, its between us and qld, hes about 80% chance of staying at force
