I stand corrected Yeah Baby and I do believe if you're good enough you're old enough. The rules must have changed though because we had the situation a few seasons back where our hooker was 17 and wanted to play 20's.The dramas we had were never ending and only because he was part of the NTS and after he had to get scans and a full medical would David Nucifora as head of the high performance unit grant him dispensation.
Only two players in Aussie were granted that dispensation that season.
We also had a prop who was in the same situation and he wasn't allowed to play 20's.The same kid is now 21 and is in the Otago ATM wider training squad and from what I'm hearing will get a run for them this season.
Never made any schoolboy rep sides at all here in Perth.

Wests Scarborough 1st Grade juggernaut has played finals rugby each and every year since its inception and continues this remarkable feat yet again this season and unbelievably it's still rolling on and as an added little circle jerk for the masses Wests actually hold the record for the current longest unbroken finals record.
Pick apart the detail all your want.
Obviously to go to 20s we either go u/16s, u/18s, u/20s.
Alternately u17s, u/18s or u/19s then 20's depending on players per age group.

Have had a nasty virus for the last 10 days. Was too crook to be there.
Spewing too, between the band and the Miss Kalamunda comp was an awesome night I heard.
