subi holds 43,322 at capacity. I believe it has gone above that on a few occasions and that Rugby holds the record crowd at the ground, vs Sth Africa in 2005 i think

I think the Eagles pipped the Rugby crowd a couple of years ago Jargs, but you are right that they held it for a while.
Biggest trouble in WA is we wouldn't know how many we could get to a Test Match because the good ones always sell out and then obviously they stop counting. Should keep the phones open and record the interest for future reference.
I reckon we could get 50k for either of the 3N fixtures.

no they budgeted for 50'000, they probably only needed like 10'000 to break even, i dont know what the costs of hiring out the stadium are so im no to sure, but the ARU would have easily made a profit on that game, even if it was not a big as they would have liked to.

I just checked Ticketek tonight and there seem to still be plenty of seats for Suncorp.

Without making excuses for Sydney, it is a big problem that some northern hemisphere teams are sending weaker teams down here. That's got to take thousands off the gate.

Wales last year, France this year - the IRB need to get this sorted.

Actually to tell you the truth I don't have the money to buy 4 tickets for $140 and then I sit in block 318 where I will need a binoculars to see what is going on

    I hate Subiaco
I'll be at 318 this year. Bought 4 tickets and will be there to watch the game live... fact of the matter is at the moment we only get one international a year and I'd go to a cesspool if I had to to watch a live game. June 19th Subiaco Oval, Block 318..bring it on (PS, Burgs..I'll be wearing me Wallaby gear on the day).
