But Players will leave when they have other contracts lined up... they wont be unemployed as suggested in the gerry's urban myth…

If Drew wishes to continue being a Wallaby, why would you want to go to the Tahs?
He has signed his own death warrant, as Deans doesnt see him as our fullback. Whats that old saying........ would you rather be a big fish in a little pond or a little fish in a big pond.
Personally i would like him to stay with us, but it aint going to happen.

I think your saying that if he signs with the Brumbies that will all off a sudden make him a guarenteed Wallaby? By my reckoning Drew is at least behind Lote (eeewww saying that killed a small part of me), Hynes, Digby (based on current form would almost be a walk up starter), probably AAC as well as well as Shep. He can only kich with one foot and is suspect under the high ball

You said something before about the Tahs coach being unproven, what about Andy (no)Friend? Hardly proven after 5 Super Rugby games

Settle Tocc, I would defend myself but all he is doing is showing he has little personal character

just adding on an earlier post, Robyn Digby had not signed a contract with the Force so there was no contract to break

he said his future international career was the main factor... Remember the Wallabies need more than 2 wingers in the larger squad... additionally need players who can play more than one position... and Drew fits that measure...

He had a verbal contract and then he signed with the Reds, but he'd already told the force he was playing for us again, which is just as contract-y... Isn't it?

A kick in this game is like a rather nasty alcoholic shooter, only as good as it's chaser...

Pen on paper is a contract, not verbal agreement

You yourself said you won't give up on Drew until Pen is put to paper

You know and i know he isnt a fullbacks ring gear. He will have a snowballs chance in hell of getting a wingers gig at the Tahs unless someone is injured. We arent lacking in backs in Wallaby land, just up front. He was a Wallaby playing for us and now i think he has cut his own throat if he moves. Perhaps Drew isnt the sharpest tool in the box.?
