So Cox buys the Rebels for a dollar and the ARU throws in a clean slate. Now we are searching for millions to do the same thing? Go figure!!
Just seen a Perth Baysie Own The Force sticker on a car. Looks good!

Dear Member,
As we approach the end of the 2017 Vodafone Super Rugby season I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your ongoing support and for subscribing to the Western Force Owners Limited.
You will be aware that the “Offer period” for the Western Force Owners Limited was initially open for until 14 July. The Company has lodged a refresh supplementary document with ASIC which extends the closing date to 10 November 2017. The Company is aware is that there is an arbitration hearing between RugbyWA and the Australian Rugby Union which will take place in the first week in August.
Our next home game is particularly special as we honour club veteran and inaugural player, Matt Hodgson, who retires on Saturday night after twelve years and 140 Super Rugby caps for the Road Safety Western Force.
I hope that we see you on Saturday night (15th July) as we take on the NSW Waratahs, kick off is 5.45pm so bring your friends and family and help us to sign off the season with a full show of support for Matt and rugby in Western Australia.
Yours in rugby

So, if we get cut can we pivot Own the Force to 'take down everyone else'?

The long sobs of autumn's violins wound my heart with a monotonous languor
That is one option.
However based on the statements Cox has made throughout this process i think if imperium sold their license to RWA Cox would never be able to set foot in Melbourne again out of fear of encountering a rugby fan.
Also as part of the sale we'd probably end up liable liable for some debt that the club currently has which they haven't disclosed.
Dear xxxxx,
I am sure you are aware of the announcement made by the Australian Rugby Union (ARU) on Friday to discontinue the Western Force as a result of the Arbitration hearing RugbyWA brought against the ARU.
RugbyWA continues to fight this decision and on Monday appealed to the New South Wales Supreme Court in a bid to overturn the arbitration decision. The appeal is set to be heard Wednesday, 23 August. We also continue to promote Own the Force to counter the ARU's primary reason for cutting the Road Safety Western Force - finances.
Thank you for your patience and ongoing support during this time; we have been overwhelmed by positive messages from across the global rugby community following this disappointing announcement.
A group of passionate Force supporters have organised a rally on Sunday 20 August, between 9.30am and 10.30am at Rugby HQ (203 Underwood Avenue). I encourage you all to attend the rally to add your voice to the hundreds of others celebrating rugby in Western Australia. Click Here for more information.

Personal* email from Mark Sinderberry today advising that the loan process is on hold until after the Supreme Court decision.
Anyone know what happens to the Own The Force money now?
