yeah i dont get it either... 10k looked about right...
the England scrum was clearly dominant but they only really SMASHED us when we were down to 7 after pek come on to shore up the front row and hoiles went off..
there is no way a scrum can stand up to an already dominant opposition when they get one person dragged off... i say it was horses for courses.
PS: Pek was clearly better up front than the Reds forwards and was also more involved in the loose stuff.
Clearly the stadium's bigger than I thought it was then...
the stadium is approx 22k or so... lots of empty seats, and i supposethe standing room people were less crammed in than they usually are.
there was no dodgey counting like when the power went out
No one in the top tier of the Scaffold Stand, enough empty seats behind the benches as well
i think next time id rather the side be australia a or junior wallabies.
just seemed wrong more so for those guys on the field to not be able to sing the national anthem.
if these guys are competing for a spot in the 22 then they shouldnt be hamstrung by barbarian tradition and such.
