no way. he's getting paid. so he better have a spot that he has earned. he's got plenty of time to get himself up to scratch before next year.

The kid is desperate to play and show what he's got.
Im happy with that even if it means we are his 3rd choice team.

Maybe. But what do; wait 'til all the availables are locked in? It.s not like there is a whole heap of unemployed top line coaches queueing up to come here. Who's to say the new coach didn't put the feelers out for Ebersohn, anyway?

I agree with shasta. The market for a capable 10 is too small too sit around and wait for someone else to sign them up.
Im glad theyve given Cooper the cold shoulder and havent allowed us to be used as leverage against the reds or a NRL team. Apart from Cooper, how many other decent 10's are actually available?(Halangahu doesnt come under the definition of decent)

That's a good point. Pretty sure Bam wouldn't be.talking to potential signings if he doesn't intend stayimg on. Hopefully as a one club player - and legend.

There you go. NOT the marquee as reported this morning. Now I'm happier.
    Still a marquee to come.

I think its a pretty decent signing.. I think the concept of chasing established stars is a flawed recruitment strategy unless you really have the financial clout to back it up in other positions as well.

If Bam resigns the I table that the new stand at NIB should be called the Sharpe Pocock Stand. RWA prob want it called the Vern Reid Stand

We have 2 of the best 13's and Mafi on 15 has come with leaps and bounds I rate him highly at international level on 15
We definitely need a decent 9 and the Marque spot will be well used there

He is the Bloemfontein bench player hired to save Australia's worst rugby franchise
I resent the opening paragraph in this article. May be close to the bone, but given the tahs and Rebels have hardly caught the Super world on fire this year either it is hardly accurate. To say that he alone is going to save us from Super obliteration is to say our current playing team is crap, which we all know is far from the truth
