15 points was a fair indication
all is not lost
Reckon we can deal with the 'cannes next week
someone out of the crowd
have a raffle
lucky draw at next home game
RG is an amateur
We have the last two wallaby "attack coaches" and the worst attacking structure in the history of Australian rugby
The pre game comments from Genia and Cooper were enlightening
Genia " we think the Force kick too much and aimlessly. We plan to counter"
Cooper " I can't see how they will score a try. With what they did last year and so far this year they have nothing."
Jack Welch
When faced with overwhelming evidence, act fast
another week wasted
another week where our strike weapon stood on the wing shivering and holding his todger. The game was made for him. Inside balls at speed. Hit ups off the ruck...........nuffink
The good
I thought the effort was outstanding. The comeback showed ticker
We gifted them two tries and penalised ourselves out of the contest
It was winnable
The talent isn't as thin as I thought. How good was Cottrell? Take a bow son. Great debut. The lad is 'ard.......RESPECT
Stanley looked a bit better. It's easy to forget he's just a kid. One to persist with. He is built like a pocket battleship. I think he'll come good
The pack is good
The tactics are sh1te
Controversy corner
I've seen enough already to know the problem is not the coach or 10. They are soft targets.
The focus should be on 12 and 13 - just not up to the standard required.
None of the centres available to the coach are good enough.
We need to invest some time in Chucky and to invest some cash in a line-breaking centre.
Big question mark against 14 as well.
Mafie deserves some more time; he's the big improver this year.
2 tries each Rex
doesn't our new winger have the handling that you once attributed to Digby?
When they throw bullet passes a meter over his head in the wet, at his toes and behind him when he's steaming onto it, I'm prepared to put it down to a bad game.
The big Fella is a bit bewildered about the sh1t developing inside him
Growing up in Fiji and being used as a weapon on the end of a frog backline, he's used to getting some pill.
Controversy corner
I thought playing in the mud & slush of france,he would have right at home
They have a wallaby backrow and wallaby props and a wallaby lock.........yet they are coached to have 6-7 players at the breakdown and protect the ball for 30 seconds before the backs are given the ball in the face of a well set charging defence.
The Highlanders and Crusaders game was a sensation. They are very aggressive with their hit ups on the edge of the ruck and the clean out is from one or two players who are ferocious. They get the ball over the advantage line and move it quickly to the next phase
The Force game is an old mans game
Controversy corner
how about the move on the blind from a ruck when in the clear he deadset dropped a easy pass?
bad coaching,he wasn't trained to expect it
Notwithstanding the loss, I thought this week's performance was much better. At least there was some width in the attack, and an occasional attempt to involve Nalaga in the plays. Some moves were telegraphed - hence the easy intercept - but I thought we were unlucky to be down as much as we were at half time.
Tactics were better but simple mistakes cost us - poor passes, fumbles, MISSED TACKLES.
I really thought that when we were within 6 we were in with a shout, but the substitute substitute referee seemed to adjudicate the breakdown differently and gifted the Reds several penalties - was he a Queenslander?
I don't know what is worse, playing with good execution but shite tactics, or better tactics but with subpar skill of execution.
Another week, another week of expectation - this week is stuffed.
We will win next week.
It is all about to click into place.
"Bloody oath we did!"
Nathan Sharpe, Legend.
Reckon sharpie's gonna be a bit of an enforcer this year? He must have a few tricks up his sleeve from his days locking with plank ...
Dear Lord, if you give us back Johnny Cash, we'll give you Justin Bieber.
I dont think theyre too far away really. A few passes stick and their world becomes a little less negative

Stanley was a embarassment, ditch him quick.... sidley and Dellitt need to work together. I am not too sure what to say but we need a backs coach Have we one??? flat footed no direction crabbing basic stuff lads.
I am glad I didnt renew my membership and rock up when they can play basic no frills rugby.....the Fijian guy WELL teams have worked him out in 160 minutes of rugby too slow for S15.
seymour... potentail there maybe ???.... give him a shot I say.
We must have some depth in our backs somehwere>>>>> gee we missed JOC
