We have two Irish recruits? Wow!
How do you delete an accidental double post?
If anyone has seen these Irish imports can someone give them directions to Tompkins Park?
Let's hope super rugby brings people out as things are seemingly light on... Soaks by all accounts have a 3rd grade side made up primarily of last year's first team... Cott have a sever shortage under the new regime... Uni are scratching around... We know neddies will have a bag full of recruits... West have a great catchment... How's things looking up north of Scarborough beach rd?

Some news may come from them there events, right?
Paly are picking up -about 40 - 45 at training on Thursday, including under 20s, which is a good sign this early in the season.
I'm told that the Paly Cott trial this Saturday is 60 minutes in total, which is probably enough given the Paly numbers. I don't know who else Cott are playing the same day.
The following week we have an internal trial in the morning before the boys head off to play Southern lions in the afternoon.
The week after, playing a round robin between us, Soaks and the S. Lions, should tell us where we're at.
Not too many new faces, but good to see a few guys who moved to the Lions coming back to the fold.
Anyone see our phantom Irish legion?
Anyone see our phantom Irish legion?
I will clarify following further information supplied. Recruited from Ireland but with NZ accents having moved to the Emerald Isle to play. Does that make sense now?
Oh, you mean our NEW ZEALAND recruits!
Yeah, we have couple of them, both Junior All Blacks.
Come to think of it, all our New Zealand recruits were Junior All Blacks....
There are Junior All Blacks in every club.
Even Broken Down Gunfighter was a Junior All Black when he first joined Nedlands in 1934, after an illustrious International Representative career spanning 20 years.
