Are you saying we are going to beat up Pally in 2011 Hansie? Or is that enjoy beating them? I'm right behind you, well maybe not close behind you.

From the players we have on our books (including a bunch of Force guys) the engravers can put "Nedlands" on the trophy right now!

That's assuming that all those Force guys at Cott break a leg between now and then.

Go Neddies! and go gettem Hansie!

Whoa there 'ness...it is an 18 game season just to get to Finals.

Fulvio is playing cutsie, I reckon Pally put their 2 nds on against Rocky last weekend and the Premier players were training elsewhere.

Pek and Tim unlikely to play a minute for us in 2011, Paddy and Jon could play a few games, but were in Force 22 on Saturday so could be there for a few weeks yet.

We'll give it our best shot with our home grown Neddies boys. We have some great youngsters putting their hands-up and working hard, they need to be rewarded.

Whoa' Hansie- no need to play that old 'chestnut'. Surely with all the depth and talent Neddies would have, they would be streets ahead of all. I agree with Darkness- engrave the name Nedlands now.

However, Hansie, you are correct wrt Pally. Should be an interesting season. I think there will be a few teams that will upset the applecart.

Force 'A' have chosen to play the Roo dogs - there's an indication of who they think will be strong in Community Rugby.

Sorry to disappoint you Hansie but the Roo Dogs are being used as cannon fodder (and you know it!). There would not have been a lot of thought put into it, ie lets get someone to put their hand up to be our whipping boys.

    Wanneroo obviously took the bait.

The interesting thing about these types of games is how people feel about them after the event. Was it a promotional or developmental success for both parties or will Wanneroo be carrying a few more injuries than they would want at this time of year?

No-one from Wanneroo should be deluded into thinking that the Force have especially picked them because of their playing capability or that the Force Scouts want to see them in action.

When the Force want a replacement player they dial a number with (02) or (07) in front of it. With the Academy being abandoned next year the opportunities for local boys being plucked from club ranks will unfortunately dissipate.

Elwee has been sniffing around Rugby WA like a true roo dog for a while now and they've thrown him a bone!

The sad thing is how right you are Mr. Oracle. We have the Best and Fairest 2 year in a row player being ignored for a Sevens and even an under 19 player, neither of whom would perhaps know where Perth is. Dave Cloete is a talented Goal Kicker, great ball distributer and has been a dedicated WA player, why was he not considered for this tour to SA????
