Don't forget to dig deep for Friday night’s collection at the game.

I think it was him who sent a plane load out yesterday afternoon.
Had to be collected by 3:30pm to make the flight.
Interesting that among the items in highest demand aren't the obvious but actually things like can openers and dog leads according to an ABC radio report!

Tonight's OZ Lotto prize pool was worth over $57 million I think they should have cancelled the lotto draw and donated the money. Same goes for next week when division one alone is worth $50million

It probably did maybe not division one, but they announced before the draw that next week would be a 50 million jackpot as well.
Hopefully if anyone wins it they can donate some of their winnings.

Amid all this lotto talk, a gentle reminder of the raffle that will be running on Friday night at the bowlo (prizes will be confirmed when I finish picking them up tomorrow) and the collection that will be running. All money will go to the Red Cross Appeal.

If you haven't donated yet- remember all the money will be matched dollar-for-dollar.

    See you at the Bowlo!

    Bump!

Thanks to everyone who's offered donations of prizes for the Raffle.

Tickets will be on sale before/after the game at the Bowlo- $2 each of 3 for $5.

    4th Prize- Bottle of Wine
3rd Prize- Bottle of Wine + Lindt chocolate Box
2nd Prize- 2 Bottles of wine + Lindt Chocolate Box
1st Prize- Surprise! We'll announce at the Bowlo tomorrow.

Dig deep guys- all proceeds from the raffle and collection at the bowlo tomorrow will go straight to the Red Cross appeal and matched dollar for dollar.

Just FYI www.rebuildvictoria.com check it out, I think this is a great idea for people who can't really afford a large donation but want help in a big way. I think this would be more rewarding as well, actually getting out and physically helping!
