    1. Win finals, stronger case for re-development of MES & more reason for players to re-sign with Force.

    2. Re-sign all players under John Mitchell as coach. No players=No team=No upgrade/redevelopment of MES.

    3. MES redeveloped.

    4. Bledisloe game in Perth at the newly re-developed MES.

5.Wallabies to take out the Tri-Nations.

I don't think the scoreboard at Rodney Parade can fit 3 numbers for opposing sides on it.

As long as the Force don't ever play them I couldn't bare to watch.

A kick in this game is like a rather nasty alcoholic shooter, only as good as it's chaser...

“Let me put it this way, A Springbok team contains Afrikaners, Englishmen, coloureds and blacks. It has parochial foes in Bulls, Sharks, Stormers, Cheetahs and Lions. It is a recipe for war! Yet in all the years of John Smit’s captaincy, there has never been one unhappy customer, not one voice of rebellion against his leadership. He is the glue that holds the Springboks together. The man is a legend!”- Jake White

    I'm greedy, I have a 2nd V...

    6. Commentators do some research on the correct pronounciations of names of overseas players and actually have a look to see what each player looks like pre match to learn hair colour, headgear colour etc to help them from cocking up all the time...
    7. Subiaco to fall silent for Goal Kicks rather than booing
    8. All teams get listed 1-15, 16-22.
    9. A Prop wins the John Eales Medal.
    10. TMO's use all the technologies at their disposal to get their decisions RIGHT!!!

    1. Force win at home for the games I can get to (and the ones I can't)
    2. Force win in Canberra for the InnForcers
    3. Force making the finals
    4. A year of consolidation for the wallabies under Deans (remember, we don't want to do an all blacks and peak too early before 2011)
    5. Watching the Australian 7s finish in the top 4 in Adelaide.

To make it through the season without,

    1. Shoulder surgery (once)
    2. Knee surgery (twice)
    3. Rolled ankles (endless)
    4. Hamstring strain (now and then)
    5. My wife hiding my rugby gear (always when I complain about injuries)

I think the Barbarians game is a good way to tie off the rugby year - how did everyone go? These were mine...

    1. Official announcement that MES will be redeveloped.
Hmm... there's that $2 million dollar upgrade for next year but not really...
    2. Official announcement of a Super 14 revamp; whether it's an extended season, a new finals format, a 15th franchise or whatever - as long as it's positive.
I was annoyed at the compromises in the eventual format but looking back at this shows that it wasn't always set in stone. It's actually pretty amazing it got as far as it did.
    3. Rugby sevens makes the Olympics; October 2, Copenhagen is the time and place!
    Woohoo!
    4. Force makes the finals; just like every year of course
    Uuurrrgghhhhh.....
    5. Indonesia wins promotion to Division 2 of the Asian 5 Nations; ok it doesn't sound impressive but the union has only existed for 3 years!
Shock loss to the Philippines consigned them to last place.
