Further to that point, I wouldn't be opposed to playing Perth Spirit in the IPRC and Western Force in NRC, I know it's essentially swapping the order of the teams in the hierarchy, but it pays more respect to the heritage of the Union.
I can think of worse ways to approach it!

Hows about - The Perth Western Spirit Force? Or The Western Force Spirit? Or The Western Spirit Perth Force?
The Perth Western Force wouldn't be a bad name if they want to add city names. I could live with PWF.
We can be the West Perth Force and play games at Joondalup
I see Adam Coleman has been named captain of the Rebels. Another twist of the knife

Surely it has to be “The Spirit of the Western Force”.
May the FORCE be with you!
Yeah, but looking at their list, who else was going to get the gig?
Timani and Genia might all struggle to be starters (Mafi, Reid, Hardwick, RHP, Fainga'a in the back-row, Ruru at scrum-half) and even Reese Hodge has competition in the centres (Meakes, English, etc).
Plus, Adam does seem like a captain. Hopefully he won't get too comfortable there and comes back to Perth, but as a Tassie boy, I can see him staying in Melbourne.
Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
Oh I agree that he will make an excellent captain. My chagrin is that Melbourne gets the benefit of that, not WA.
I’m afraid I still can’t move on from the anger I feel about the Melbourne Rebels reaping the benefit of what WA has sown. And I can’t bring myself to support the boys while they are dressed in Rebels kit.
