The bloke is brought into these underperforming sides that have a losing culture to turn the joint around.
The Lions won the Curry Cup with him at the helm ( I think in his first season)
People that have orchestrated a losing culture and players who are not performing nor meeting KPI's regards weight, endurance and strength..........will look for someone to blame.
Nobody likes being told the reason he didn't perform in the last 20 minutes and missed a tackle that lost them the game was because he is a fat carnt and it's time to deliver. He can't sack them because they are under contract.
When you have a shed full of losers and you have been brought in to turn the joint around, a few are going to whine.
It's a tough job
If he was allowed to "do it his way" and hire the players he personally selected, he'd have a strong culture, a winning organisation and a load of trophies.
The bloke is a good coach.
If the coach is busting your balls, you need to have a good look in the mirror. The modern rugby brand is to blame
Controversy corner
That is a nice theory. I does NOT always work in the real world. Sometimes people get well and truly screwed-over. A general comment
not related directly to JM. A good coach trying to operate under a pinko RUPA mindset here and lumbered with a bunch of public school mummy's boys.
