Even with IQ I thought I was screwed when replaying Sunday morning (had a 40th party Sat night). Did anyone else do a double take when the audio was in Afrikaans - for the first 5 minutes. Sigh of relief when the audio guys picked up the mistake.

It wasn't a lot better.......but a bit!

LOL. Yeh I reached for the remote wanting to change some setting also.. but as Gigs said the English audio was only just an improvement on the native tongue..

Using wrong names isn't the end of the world, just shows that they do their job poorly

But there's usually someone worse off than yourself.

Like someone who finished day shift at 5pm and by a half hour before kick off can't stop nodding off. Poor sleep the two previous nights. Sets the HD recorder for the match then gets up this morning and finds it didn't go. No replay 'till Tuesday and no James (usually) excellent match report - so far.

Bloody shift work!! And before some smart arse says get IQ - I agree.

And there's always someone worse off again - now I know why James hasn't put up a report.

Fair call Rex, I believe each country's commentator team has it's parochial candidate(s) but is generally balanced by the others on the panel. There is one that's right up there for bias though and that's Tony Johnson from SkyNZ - I cringe when I hear him come on as commentator for Force games..

I think the most biased commentator in Super Rugby is Tim Horan, seems to delight in highlighting the slightest error by any Australian team and smoothing over anything by the Kiwis or Hairybacks. Not sure if he is playing apologist for the others (who, while they have some bias, I honestly believe over all they give a balance account and slip into Australian teams when required ...except maybe the Tahs...) but he makes me want to rip the tellie off the wall at times...
