What a slap in the face for Sharpie...disgusted...for everything he's done and stayed true to Australian rugby...Is there no justice for loyalty...and putting your body on the line week in and week out, and being a mentor to younger players..and he's still the best No5..I don't care what anybody says..IMHO!!!!![]()

I think our man will still play the important games. Like to think Deans is giving him a wet slap to fire him up. Also TPN still, cannot throw the ball in straight
the punters friend..... stick with me and you will be wearing
Hmmm, got some mongrel in that team. Italian forwards have a way of needling their opponents, I just hope Vickers and Horwill don't retaliate. Simmons is waaaay behind Sharpie and whilst I am gutted to see Sharpie out of the 15, I will begrudgingly accept Vickers there now after the last game, BUT c'mon Dingo Deans, get Sharpie in off the bench, especially against those big Italians.
I guess Brand JOC has lost a fair few $$$$ over the past month? What's the current share price? Oh still no buyers. I reckon his dalliance will have cost him 100's of thousands. A few potential sponsors are having a re-think plus lost starting test match fees - Hmmm - still it's good to see him back in the 22. hopefully a tad wiser. My backline would be Digby at 11, AAC at 12, Faingaa at 13, JOC at 14, Beale at 15.
[QUOTE=GIGS20;295426]surely only until Drew's fit?
Actually looking forward it....
I think what we will see is that the team vs Italy will be very similar to the team vs Ireland, assuming that we beat Italy comfortably, with the only exception being maybe JOC. I don't think he will want to risk playing any of the players coming back from injury in these big games without more match practice.
So I think Drew, Horne, Palu, TPN etc will get starts against USA and Russia and that will be their chance to break into the 22 in time for the QF.
Surely Sharpie will be the exception though and will play against Ireland.
Sharpie looks better in a suit... he time will come...
