Hard to figure Dean's logic. I mean Pocock puts in a man of the match performance and then gets dropped from the whole 22 while Drew Mitchell is again fairly average and gifted try aside does little and is still there! Not exactly a way to inspire people to put in a good effort. I know keeping the same 22 didn't work last time Deans did it but still.

Deans explains here. Basically it appears that Pocock is now number 1 choice openside. He got a bit bashed up playing Ireland (including his stitches) and so is being rested in prep for Wales. Also I imagine it is a chance to keep George enthused and give others like Browny a chance.
