Giteau likely to stay for one more year, but then gone

MATT Giteau will play for the Western Force next season. The Wallabies star has accepted that he will see out the third year of his contract with Perth.

The way he's talking and feeling, he'll be in Perth next year,'' a source close to Giteau told The Sunday Times.

Force management initiated talks with Giteau last week, the first time they have spoken to him since he left on the Wallabies European Spring Tour.

The Force called him in the US, where he is holidaying, but did not want to comment on the discussions.

Giteau may be resigned to playing for the Force next year, but is unlikely to re-sign for the club in 2010 - a decision not entirely based on money.

Would imagine the "two groups" would relate to ARUPA stipulations relating to number of matches played equals number of weeks of leave etc.
