"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth then go out and get what you’re worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!" - Rocky Balboa
The old missing data field when you cut and paste, where were you when needed The Lone Hydranger.
Ex, I’m in the same boat, yet to receive membership numbers....sent numerous emails, standard were working on it reply!,,
To be honest. I am not losing sleep about this.
I trust in the process.
The launch of Western Force 2.0 by the Minderoo team has been done in a time frame that is almost bordering on Lightspeed.
Because of this, there are going to be hiccups. Bumps in the road.
If this is the price to pay to get the Western Force back on the field of play so be it.
There are 4 weeks between today and Western Force Day.
As long as we get our Memberships, tickets and Merch the day before, Its all good.
If we dont - then we riot!

I chose the print at home option for the season passes, which at the moment takes me to the invoice when I click on Print Tickets. I'm hoping the invoice will do as my ticket if it comes down to the wire, but will keep an eye on Ticketmaster to see if I can print out the actual tickets closer to the games.
I have been trying to book a group of us and pay separately which seemed almost impossible until I just spent two hours at the Tickmaster office at the Casino with the very helpful Mika. At first she thought I would have to call and do it over the phone, but sought further advice and she found a "back way" into the system.
She has told me that this whole process has been very difficult for them as well due the short time it has been put together, but with some perseverance, we are now sorted.
Some points to note.
1. There are no plastic season passes for anyone due to the short timeframe. This should change in future seasons.
2. You will either have to print off your own tickets if paid online or collect an individual ticket for each match. eg because I booked at the Casino, I have to collect ticket there, I cant print off. You can only print off if you book online.
3. If you are going to be collecting, like many will, I'm sure this is going to create delays at the ticket office match days so beware.
4. The only way to get the discount code applied is to pay online with credit card or at ticketmaster with credit card. You cant pay cash at ticketmaster and get the discount.
5. If you go to ticketmaster they will use a generic discount code for your whole group, in our instance two people were not members last year but were previously so they should have only got the 15% for 2018 member, but actually got 20%.
I really hope we don't have to go through this exercise every year, I would say I have spent at least 10 hours sorting this out.
Anyway, bring on May the 4th

I am sure the waratahs would get it right.
I emailed Ticketmaster on Monday in terms of ticket release timing. They reconfirmed my order for season passes was in their system and here's the standard response re ticket issue:
If you elected to have your tickets delivered by mail, please allow time for these to arrive after the Thursday 5th April 2018. If you chose Print-at-Home as your delivery method, you’ll be able to print your tickets from 9am on Thursday 5th April 2018 by logging in to your My Ticketmaster account.
I've just logged in to print them - "Upcoming Events - You have not purchased tickets to any upcoming events" NRL double header only event showing.
Cutting them slack for now given how fast it's all come together

Response from Ticketmaster this morning:
'"Unfortunately, it appears that the printing delay has been extended and the release date of the tickets is TBA.
Please rest assured that as soon as the printing delay is lifted these tickets will be sent directly to your email address attached as a PDF.
