Possibly the list, this is from an old post by The Scot from 2011, I don't know how official it is, but Brothers seem to be short on a few of these.
WholeTruth on the centre for basketball excellence I wouldn't know I have eyes only for Rugby WA when I venture up to that neck of the woods
You forgot the 50 new recruited players of minimum Reserve Grade Permiership standard.
RugbyWA want their books laid open to inspect the finances too.
Interesting to see where the money will come from to bring in the 50 new players.
Why are you so anti Joondalup mate or is it any club that tries to get on . These young clubs are putting out 350 to 400 juniors a year that's real development they deserve support to see the fruits of their labour in the top grades . Could this be your concern , the top and bottom of it Clubs with very few juniors losing their player supply if these young clubs were to get premier status . I wonder

Not totally anti. Just want to see the right thing done across the board. Also if another team is allowed that means either; One team gets cut or the Premiership goes to an odd number of teams
Both unsatisfactory.
And just because thre are lots of juniors does not translate into success at the top level.
I'm all for more juniors, the more the better. But as I have have said many times I believe more Premiership clubs does not mean a better standard. In fact and it will stretch resources and lead to what is already a weakening competition.

Thank you Ralto, excellent work.
From what people have said it would appear that Joondalup already ticks a number of boxes and its just the criteria in red that need to be addressed this year.
Heard it cost a MIN' 120K p.a to run a Premier grade club; so if you can cover that and then some accompanied with supporting infrastructure you can have a Premier club.
Joondalup and Mandurah will both currently have 6 or so seniors and 6+ U18/20s who can handle/step up to Prems…..
- They’ll bring in 6 or so overseas/interstate players
- They’ll pick up 1 or 2 players from surrounding Prem clubs who live local and were probably Jnrs.
- They’ll also buy/poach a couple more Prem players also.
Both clubs would have 50 seniors on their books and Rugby WA would love a world class 5/8 and I want to win Lotto but guess what….....
1. Level 3 coach in charge - with local and foreign experience at Premiership level.
– Bullshit Only Level 2 is required.
2. New clubrooms or clubrooms that fit the bill (facilities etc)
- YES Both Mandurah and JB.
3. A specific level of sponsorship to match that of the senior clubs.
- 120k + is required (?) (They’ll never Match Soaks, Neddies, UWA etc, but carry on)
4. Youth and junior development and future potential development.
- Both Clubs check that box….No brainer.
5. Involvement with the local community - schools etc.
- Both Clubs check that box….No brainer.
6. Win both grades - which they participate in.
- Curtin & Southern Lions will have something to say about that.
7. Have either under 18 or 20 with the facility to have both in 2 - 3 years
- Both Clubs Will check that box….No brainer.
8. Facility for 2 grounds in the next 2 - 3 years
- Both Clubs check that box….No brainer.
9. Cash flow
- ? Sounds like they have member support - plenty of Kiwis & Saffas to hit their Bar & Sausauge Sizzles.
10 Recruitment and youth development potential
- They’ll recruit like every other Senior Club (In yrs to come) and both already have Youth.
The reality is clubs like Neddies in 2014 will have to import 8 Fringe NPC players not 6 to cover for JB & MP. Also like Wholetruth mentions it’s a waste of time bringing 1 up to Prems Not 2 because having a bye each week would diminish Numbers 3 & 9.
If they expand the comp to 12 in 2014 Rockingham have this season to sort their sh1te out then it will be Sink or Swim time. I think Rocky will be fine tho, they’re good swimmers.

"The reality is clubs like Neddies in 2014 will have to import 8 Fringe NPC players not 6"
We'll bring as many players in as necessary to keep winning!
Go Neddies
That's fair play Darkness - I don't have too much of a problem with that. Hopefully in years to come imports will be a minority and pressed hard for a starting spot by local talent coming out of an ‘Up Sized’ Bankwest Academy.
