Surely that has to be put up on the Inquiry website and of course the 11 other questions on notice that Rob Clarke had to answer aren't there.De Clyne's testimony stated that the ARU had supplied answers to the questions on notice and Senator Siewert indicated on the day of the second public hearing that they had "just arrived" so I assume the ARU cloak of invisibility has been applied.
Throw in Praetorian, Allaway's directorships/potential conflicts of interest, Gary Gray's company and Rob Clarke's consulting gigs.

It isn't multi millionaires Clyne and Pulver in the unit trusts, it's Clarke Day and Grey. They are the ones making recommendations and reports, the board itself does sweet FA.
The long sobs of autumn's violins wound my heart with a monotonous languor
De Clyne and Pulver have the executive responsibility and accountability for those three clowns. As for the board they vote on those recommendations.

Hey all Oliver Peterson has asked me to chat tomorrow on 6pr sometime after 3.30pm. To discuss the comment I made about rugby genocide in this state. So if you want to add to the discussion please listen in and then Phone and show our passion in numbers that we are hurting from the forces demise. To be honest i’m not a great talker and do better with written comments. I guess what is missed in the argument is that the fans have been totally disregarded and tossed aside like Road kill by the aru. We need our say and we need to do it regularly so they just don’t slink away.
Ollie has a rugby background and was, until fairly recently, a pretty darn good ref. He's a good one to have on side.
Yeh I sent a blanket message to all the announcers separately.

I know and its natural that we will all start to feel a little bit pessimistic about what the Senate Inquiry will or won't find/do. Its a natural self defence mechanism.
Regardless of what action against the ARU the Inquiry may or may not recommend, these things could take months if not years to reach an equitable and vengeful outcome.
What I am 100% confident in (and I have rabbited on a fair bit about previously) is that the other Unions will roll this Board before Christmas.
They have already read, heard and seen what this Board has done to the Force and they have seen with green envious eyes the out and out favouritism this Board has shown to MRRU. Debts forgiven, handouts dished out, MRRU given first pick of the ex Force coach/players and not to mention the wonderful deal the Victorian government was given to host the various high profile test matches out to 2025.
They are mad, they are jealous and they will want their pound of flesh.
While Tim North remains President of VRU, he will be a staunch ARU supporter and will never roll them, in my opinion.
The truth may set you free, but only evidence convicts
I am saying that the member unions will call for an Emergency General Meeting and part of that will be a vote of no confidence with the existing board. The member unions are 'share holders' and they all have votes, granted Qld and NSW have more votes that everyone else (one of the things currently wrong with this whole setup). Enough NO votes and the Board goes. - unless I'm wrong - but I'm not an Alison...![]()
NSW and ARU are more of the same, QLD got bailed out by this board recently without needing to sign an alliance agreement.
Do you think they will vote against a board who has done so much for them?
Hell, I am surprised RUPA are publicly angry at the ARU considering they tried to buy them off with the higher salary cap/no top up carrot way at the start of this process.
