how can HIGHLIGHTING individuality and difference help prevent ostracising people?!
We even wound up having a 20 minute discussion about how (as managers) we need to use the term "partner" when addressing people at work, incase they are gay or lesbian... sure, it makes sense, but I dont need a 20 minute think tank on "how to deal with the gay people" how about we just get on with life, have a laugh when we make a mistake about someones sexual preference and focus on whats really important... like why the f*ck there isnt a SINGLE kebab shop near my house that delivers.
