Why did they have to describe us as "Australia's worstrugby franchise"!! There was no need for that!! Also, why did we have to find out via the press? Again!

    Otherwise, sounds promising!

At the moment we kind of are. As much as it sucks. Still I take solace in the fact the tahs are IMO embarrassing themselves to a much higher degree than we are this year. As usual. So much potential. No results

Holmes what's happening with him ? we need a halfback too Holmes is average but he takes three steps across field with every pass....dont rate him. Like to see Kingi (rebels) back at number 9

The most annoying part i will make is:

I dont like losing at the best of times, but will take a lost against the ReTahs > Reds > Bumbees anyday, but NEVER to the rabbles, and this is only cause the back handers and 'special treatment' the rebels gets. (I know it sounds like a broken record and whats this gotta do with the title WORST AUSTRALIAN TEAM)

Well lets put rebels into the Force shoes for a year, have no marque player, no ARU support and see how they go, they have won 5 games in 2 years with some, what 8 marque players + 5 ARU contracted players....

Then we'll see whos the WORST AUSTRALIAN TEAM !!!

    Could be a good signing.

What we are going to need is a coach who favours the dual play maker roles at 10,12 and/or 15. If, as is most likely, we end up with promising development players rather than an outstanding 10 superstar it would be more productive than hiring a coach who plays 10-man Rugby with a crash ball 12.

I'd love to see our inside backs compete for the 10 shirt without too much bench time. Mafi needs to start every week.

Signing confirmed, awaiting ARU approval before official.

urrrmmmm...didn't our illustrious CEO say there would be no more player signings before the coach was appointed?

Even if he didn't, it is completely stupid to sign anyone without the coach. They have now taken two roster spots signing Dave Harvey and this SE, I'm not saying both are not deserving of a spot but that it reduces coaches ability to steer this ship away from the iceberg.

Or, it would give the new coach some idea of what he has to work with. So could be a selling point as well

true, but did Jake White for instance sweep out the brumbies and sign a lot of these new guys himself, or get offered them?

Bernie and Greegs gave him the heads up, I'd wager.

I suppose the question is out there still for TIF or EWF Management to advise if SE is a:

    Development player
    Marque player
or Australian player (with parent/s etc)

I would say that is what they are waiting for the ARU to decide, I don't think there is any heritage so could only be DP or MP.
