"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard ya hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth then go out and get what you’re worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that!" - Rocky Balboa
Can I borrow that line next time I'm due to see the quack?

How long is left on Olly Hoskins contract? Should try and get him now he is on wallabies radar with World Cup closing
Pleased that today's article in the West re the 2022 SRP fixture is indicating that Tony Pulu is still in the mix for 2022.
He was one of the few in 2021 who made m and consistently got over the gain line.
Hope he can maintain his match fitness.

I've updated the Squad List which now stands at 35
80 Minutes, 15 Positions, No Protection, Wanna Ruck?
Ruck Me, Maul Me, Make Me Scrum!
Education is Important, but Rugby is Importanter!
When looking at the recruitment for 2022, I reckon it's worth including those young players who have been brought into the Tier 1 Fortescue Academy including:
Rupeni Mataele Wing Scots Col NZ
George Poolman FB Syd Uni
Andrew Romano LHProp Souths
Ned Slack-Smith BRow Barker College
Jordan Williams Wing Aus 7s
As well as the local lads:
Siosifa Amone THProp Assoc
Luke Callan Lock Wanneroo
Alex Masibaka #8 Assoc
Connor Seve Lock Wests
There's some great potential here.

I'm hoping that Victor Harris - Prop - is still in the mix and part of a wider training group.
I can't find any news of Harris signing as a professional anywhere else, but here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o...rs_(Australia) suggests that he's gone back to Joondalup Brothers. So he seems to be still around, even if not in the WTS.
