I think Digby should be given the nod this weekend to control that Hurricanes winger because he is just as fast and has a big tackle on him...

I think this is on the money - the 'Canes aren't going to be easy so the boys won't expect a win - I think they'll be more focussed and therefore in with a chance. However, as many commentators have said this year's S14 seems more about trying not to lose rather than trying to win, so I hope that isn't rubbing off on the boys.Originally Posted by shasta

I would have thought Stanners would want to play wing. Scott Johnson has said openly he doesn't want the SS in 12. (not his planned backline apparently) So now Stanners has to prove himself at 11 or 14 to make the Wallabies. Go figure though. I have all respect for SS in 12 and its a shame not to see him carving up- but mind you at least we haven't lost the first 5 games like last year!
