Keiran's always been a bit of an oddity, it seems to me. He plays better with the more games he has, and if injured or out of the line-up he gets out of shape (possibly if he's not playing he lacks the motivation to stay in peak fitness - something common in top sportsmen).
Certainly when he came back from the UK he was big, but his scrumaging (hardly a weakness of his before he left) was massively improved, so I forgave him any belly. If he can keep the weight off and stay a scrum monster, then all to the better, as he's a better ball-carrier when lighter.
Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
You are right, Kieren is a scrum monster. When he is on the field at tighthead, it does not matter who the other 7 forwards are, the Force seem to dominate most scrums. When he is taken off, we are often not dominate anymore.
My Force cap only has one signature on it. At my request, he kindly wrote his name out in full, followed by the #3.
Everything crossed for Brad Lacey that it’s not a serious knee injury.

Aussie connections in the Kagifa side:
- Sione Tuipulotu - centre, Rebels first 'home grown' player (Melb. Southern Districts)
- Ah-mu Tuimalealiifano - centre, ex Rebels squad and Sunnybank
- David Feliuai - wing, Sunnybank
- Tim Sippel - halfback, ex-Rebels U20 and now Sunnybank
Also for tonight's Indigenous Appreciation match against Kagifa Samoa, a number of Force players will wear hand-painted boots which will be donated following the game to raise funds for the Earbus Foundation. Each pair of boots was painted by high school students in the Guildford Indigenous Program.

Also, Mark Royal played a couple of seasons for Kalamunda. JP Sauni, is that the former NZ Under 20s player now contracted to the Tahds?
From what I can see on seating - there's not a lot available in the Eastern stand at least? Seems to be filling up nicely.
I was dragged kicking and screaming to the Glory Final a few weeks ago so I have given the free ticket to the supposed "friend" who made me endure that![]()
