I agree the idea of a 3rd Bled in Japan (or Hong Kong and so on) wasn't the best idea last time.
But I'll cut them a bit of slack on this occasion. Firstly, it's NZ's turn to host the decider. Secondly, it's probably an opportunity for both sides to get a dress rehearsal in playing a fairly full-on game one year ahead of the 2019 RWC.
Having said that, last year's events, both domestic and international, have dimmed my appetite about watching this side. It's a case of wait and see on the care factor.
Got to attract more support to the 5th team in the Australian conference, the Sunwolves.
You should send this comment I picked up to her tomorrow
I’m signing because I want my children to play rugby union
without the fear of the team they support being pulled
out from underneath them due to the incompetence of a
board that is supposed to have their best interests at the
core of their business.Cameron Clyne has demonstrated he
is unethical, immoral and clearly has always had a hidden
agenda since his appointment to his position within the
ARU. Only a person who is unsure of their position seems
to have it ratified twice in one year, “full confidence” of the
board does not mean that they know what they’re doing,
so if the future of the game is what’s at stake - time for the
majority to move on

Yeah NZ is also playing a test against Japan as part of their tour.
You guys all remember there's a Bledisloe test in Perth next year none of us want to go to, right?
It may be an NZ home game but it wouldn’t be happening unless the ARU had agreed to it and the ARU wouldn’t have agreed to it without a shed load of Yen heading to Sydney in return. Yen that is being poured into the Rebels’ coffers and generally bolster eastern states rugby.
I never want to see the Wallabies in Perth ever again. I’m not suggesting that we should have got the gig. I’m pissed off at the fact that the ARU is happy to showcase the game in Asia when it suits them but pulls up the drawbridge when WA and Minderoo come calling. If duplicity was a sport, the ARU’s trophy cabinet would be choc full of trophies rather than the dust and cobwebs it currently has.
Proudly Western Australian; Proudly supporting Western Australian rugby
I'm confused, you're pissed off the RugbyAU agreed to move an away fixture to a neutral venue that will generate more income for them as well as exposing the 'Wallabies Brand' to a global market (something the All Blacks are very well at selling world wide). Not everything RugbyAU do is related to the Force/RugbyWA and continuing to think that make you seem like you think Australian rugby revolves around WA.
Hansie\Alison can you mention the lack of planning for what happens after the cull (unlike what SA did) as something RA need to acknowledge they stuffed up and ensure never happens again. I know Wayne Smith mentioned it In one report but I think it really needs to be highlighted as it more than anything shows Raelene the changes required within RA to govern the code for all stakeholders.
Agree and if RA had come out in 2016 and been upfront and said something like " this is on the cards - which ever team finishes last is out" - as in the old days when teams were relegated, then even I could have accepted that, but for the equal top team (not counting bonus points) to go is stupid - they then relocated the equal top team players to fill the bottom performing team roster, which is a real slap in the face.
The truth may set you free, but only evidence convicts
"She stressed it was too early to speculate on Australia's strategy after the broadcasting deal expired in 2020"
obviously, that sort of planning wont begin until 36-72 hours before the end of Dec 2019.

Bledisloe Cup is priority: Castle
The truth may set you free, but only evidence convicts
"With more communication about strength and conditioning across the franchises and the four remaining teams bolstered by former Western Force players, Castle was optimistic about Australian Super Rugby prospects this year.
"You would hope that with the depth of talent now being more centralised over four teams, we're going to start to see winning performances," she said"
Is the woman SERIOUSLY delusional?! The only team really benefiting is the Rebels - so that achieves.....what?
It doesn't matter if it is the ABs' home match the RA still have to agree to it. No different to when Argentina asked the RA if they could take their 4 Nations game to London. I wonder how much money was made from that test as ground rental was paid to the RFU and the crowd was capped to a restricted capacity.
