Well, the Rats Arse is correct in stating the Senate has limited enforcement powers. But the agencies they refer matters to have enforcement powers.
This waiting is awful and you have the small matter of the IRB meetings on Tuesday and Wednesday. The World Cup meeting on Wednesday is to be held in London. Don't know about the meeting on tomorrow.
