Mmmm very disappointed expect to hear a lot players going elsewhere this afternoon!
Pretty pissweak, I don't think Twiggy read the room. Having a player play for the Rebels then play a short spell with us if they don't make the Wallabies isn't good enough. We still have no proper rugby from February to August. Couldn't give a toss about the Wallabies and their strength in the future.
Did Twiggy cut a deal with Clyne?

I was not expecting much better than that! It is a new comp, you cant expect it to be anywhere close to Super Rugby level. We will lose our stars but will still have a pathway for our young players to make it to the top.
I don't like the negative vibes at the moment; we have lost our force now and need to get over it.
Going by what a few people are texting me at the moment it sounds like a glorified feeder competition.
Ben Daley gone to Rebels. Well I feel like our last hope is gone 🙁
The bottom line is without ARU and World Rugby imprimatur it won't start
I'm waiting on the full round up.
I would have liked to see a new competition, based around the +8gmt timezone. Perth, Tokyo, Singers, Honkers, Beijing, Seoul, Columbo plus a Pacific Island team, Australian Country, NZ Maori for ten teams.
The long sobs of autumn's violins wound my heart with a monotonous languor
Oh and the ARU will be laughing in some big board room somewhere
The only way I see to make it attractive to top players is to throw heaps of money at them and allow dual IPRC/Super Rugby contracts like happens with the Japanese Top League.
The Wallabies players would obviously be out due to test commitments.
Agree Jules. Expect the rest to follow in the next few days

Be good to find out "which force players" have signed / expressed interest with contracts drawn up -- as according to media reports.
