Wayne Smith has tweeted that it's looking like the decision will be handed down tomorrow.

Proudly Western Australian; Proudly supporting Western Australian rugby
Great, butterflies in the tummy until then! Seriously please please please go the way of the Force!!!
For those of us who are interested, at some point, the full text of the ruling should be able to be found at https://www.caselaw.nsw.gov.au/brows...513d8281?type= I don't know how long that will take, but some might want to get a printer and a framer ready!

05.09.2017 - The day the Western Force saved Australian Rugby!
Great game, Fucken battled right through to the 80!
I would not be surprised if the ARU Directors are hoping we win. They can say they did their best to save Super Rugby, then resign with a little face saved - and leave it to somebody else to pick up the pieces.

The listing says part heard, does that mean there is more information to be given to the judge? Is anyone able to go along? Exile or Shtina tina?

Both the Appellant's (RugbyWA) arguments and the Respondent's (ARU) arguments have been fully heard. Neither party have any ability to add or expand their cases in this matter. The matter is only "part heard" as the Judgment has not yet been issued, which will happen tomorrow morning.
