The ARU have turned down Forrest's offer on two fronts, one (the public face) that they've made the right decision for rugby with the talent pool stretched too thin which we know is a farce given the on & off field qualifications of the team they've cut and two (the one they won't talk about) is they've literally taken the worst option at every pass and dug the biggest hole the sport's ever been in because reinstating the Force will likely result in a lawsuit from SANZAR and maybe even the four remaining Oz franchises.
This isn't the worst position rugby has been in ever, it is, without precedent, the worst list of decisions ever made in the history of sport in Australia.
They have been having sexual relations with themselves for the past 18mths - F'd themselves like no one before them.

This is the reporter I saw in the lift on my way out, as well as Jamie Pandaram & Pete Fairbairn.
Another week of no finger nails. Going to start looking Like Sir Davos.
Thanks for the updates Shtina Tina, us Force supporters are on edge.
So back tomorrow. Surely the more the judge hears the better right?
Who knows. After all that's happened and been written, I'm still not sure whether they are arguing simply whether the ARU had the right to axe us. Or does the current appeal extend to whether the alliance itself and therefore the transfer of our licence was not in good faith and therefore void. Under any semblance of natural justice that would be the outcome. Most Rugby supporters around the country seem to agree.

Wayne Smith saying judge not confident he will have a ruling as soon as next week!!
That does not fill me with much hope to be honest.
