Surely he'll head back to the Roo Dogs where he started. I can't see HQ letting him go anywhere else. I'd be disappointed if other teams got their claws into him
CANTERBURY centre Curtis Rona may face time on the sideline after he appeared to make contact with the pocket referee on Thursday night.
Rona was slammed into the turd of Suncorp Stadium by Adam Blair, Corey Parker and Andrew McCullough midway through the second half of the Bulldogs’ 20-10 loss.
Rona lost the ball in the tackle but was eventually awarded a penalty when an altercation broke out between the outside back and Blair.
Blair appeared to have said something to Rona when the back took exception and pursued the forward.
Pocket referee Chris Butler jump in front of Rona with his arms spread to prevent the situation turning sour when Rona appears to have pushed the upper stomach of the official with his forearm/elbow.

It did not look good and Rona had an rare off game last night. Was an awesome final 10 minutes, origin style battle and the temper were flaring. The biff was almost back.

"Turd of Suncorp Stadium" sounds like a good nickname for a player, unless the article's saying it's taken.
Did not help them putting him on the right wing where he hardly saw the ball all night. The half back swung the ball left 98% of the time, Broncos read it every time. Despite this he was constantly looking to get into the game which was encouraging.
Always said whoever we loose this year needs to be replaced with better from what I have seen like Kyle he is tall lanky and take the ball to the line, the tackling is where we will have to see if he is up to what Kyle gave us.
I am never the less encouraged by this signing.
Simon Cron: “People talk about winning and losing all the time and they are critical, but there’s a process to get into and it’s the ability to stay present, do your job and execute skills under pressure.”
is that really worth a match on the sideline? trying to get around the ref, and the ref moving?? sounds like an AFL sort incident.
Was there a game last night?![]()

My spies (Mungo 360) tell me the Force are chasing David Mead. Good player who has played his whole career with the Titans and is their all time leading try scorer. Jet shoes.

He's got a bit of union in his background too.
