Shasta - do you mean Nick Stiles for the Reds or the Force? I'd be really surprised if Stiles even applies for the Force job.
Proudly Western Australian; Proudly supporting Western Australian rugby
A comment that Horan made last week during the tv commentary on our game with the brumbies caught my attention. He said the Force will be announcing their coaching appointment in a couple of weeks as if he was aware of who is going to be appointed, made me think we are getting whoever is second in line for the reds job. It was his confidence in the way he mentioned it that struck me..
I took that one with a grain of salt.
Obviously the organisation is going to announce a new coach as soon as they're in a position to do so.
So if it's 2-4 weeks he can still say that he (roughly) predicted the timing.
As always - the key when you're bluffing is to seem confident.
Probably a tad unfair but I'm not convinced marto could spell his own name let alone have an understanding of the financial systems of a professional rugby club.
Probably why the reds are disappearing fast down the toilet. Official attendance for their last home game they said was about 15K. It looked from the tele probably about 8. That's bankruptcy territory.
Non sunt multiplicanda entia sine necessitate
From what I know about how they train, this it wouldn't be too far from the mark. To much time spent recovering rather than actually training so that the recovery is worth doing. Not surprising that the best year that they have had followed the period where they did the most heavy physical training and since they have gone away from that (it's pretty much all speed/power and recovery based now) results have gone downhill.

I'll be going again!
We have all been moaning for ages that no one from the Force communicates with us.
They are reaching out for us to engage with them, please lets all use this opportunity to engage and engage in a constructive manner that benefits rugby in Western Australia.
Lets stop being keyboard warriors and engage them face to face and as mentioned above in a constructive manner
Simon Cron: “People talk about winning and losing all the time and they are critical, but there’s a process to get into and it’s the ability to stay present, do your job and execute skills under pressure.”
Both of us have received invites but we won't be able to make it.
Great to see that they are trying to keep us informed.
May the FORCE be with you!
Well connected Qld mate tells me Blackadder is now a Redadder.
Your mate isn't even close. Blackadder is going to Bath
