Can I add strength and conditioning consultant, nutritionist and sports psychologist to the shopping list?
And a new fan base in Western Sydney!
May the FORCE be with you!
I wonder if a certain Mr Welborn would like a crack at coaching?
Assuming investment banking has worn out it's welcome..

We currently have the best team doctor in Aussie Rugby who currently works absolute magic within the health system to look after our boys. Just ask any one of them who's copped an injury how they've been looked after.
He was the team doc for the Wallabies at the RWC.
But bugger it - let's just keep the bath and chuck out the baby!
Proudly Western Australian; Proudly supporting Western Australian rugby
The Force need to start winning consistently to be more successful. We need more bums on seats at games, better/more positive media exposure in Perth, more sponsorship dollars. The ARU need to think out of the box to assist us to become more successful.
Maybe we need to be given unlimited marquee players for the next five years or so. There must be a lot of Fijian, Tongan, Samoan, Georgian, European internationals who would love to have a go in the Super rugby comp.
I know the idea of the Force is a pathway to Super Rugby for local players but cream always rises to the top, those that deserve a chance will still get it. When we have made it to the finals and have built up a greater following, big name sponsors and have become a desirable destination for quality Australian players maybe then we could look at limiting Marquee players but until then our priority should be to build up the team so we start winning on a regular basis.
What do you think?
It would help if the other teams would still select their players if playing in Australia. For example if we could recruit like an Israel Dagg or Corey Jane or Ardie Savea for example and they were still eligible for the All Blacks then that would be nice. At the moment the only kiwis you can get are ones like Matthewson, Thompson or Ellison whose All Blacks Windows have closed.
