Starting to get a good feeling about 2015 with some holes/additional coverage for key positions.
Mafi, Alcock and Dellit have had good NRC seasons with others.
Hoping that both Albert Nikoro and Maritino Nemani are realised, giving additional depth/pace in the Backs.
Hoping also that the HB can be available for all/most of the season.
WTG players looking good.
Local Talent identified from a successful NRC should give additional coverage (esp. Forwards) if needed rather than having to pull players from out of State.

So with the announcement today and the increased reality that it is unlikely we will see The Honeybadger back next year, we are now at 33 with 2 spots remaining!
Squad to be finalised by 31 December.

still 2 spots going?
What positions are we in need of?
Any news on Burto?
Great to see speed being added, this is the last of the vital ingredients that we were missing.
I am chomping at the bit for Season 2015 roll on Feb!!!

I think we're pretty well covered with a bit of depth and quality in each area across the field, I think it would be good to grab someone god enough to deputize in the high impact positions, essentially all the pack. I don't know that it would matter if they have some miles on, as we have a fair bit of development potential for the future, they would serve more as a contingency plan just in case something goes horribly wrong. Either that, or build an ability for the team to shift the style of their play. Those two props from Brisbane, who monstered our mobile pack and snuffed out any chance of us using them to run the fatties around might be worth a sneaky raid, since we could work them into a set piece team which plays a 10 man game for when that's needed.
C'mon the
Any one know the latest on Sias and Luke Burton.
Sias seems to be in for 20-15 but no official confirmation as yet. Luke I have not seen anything one way or the other.

Sias is unofficially official, but nothing official or unofficial about Luke as yet

Still 1 Prop short as Francois van Wyk may not be enough for injury coverage and saw little short term potential from the local lads.
Happy to go with GIGS20 suggestion as long as not another lazy Maafu.
Need another fast utility Back/FB if Cummins' deal doesn't come through as do not expect Dellit to get much game time.
Would also be good to have a fast/strong break through the line Centre to provide a difference from the current mix as much as I like Brache defensive game he seems to be more suited to the Wing.
Happy with the Hardwick/Koteka coverage for injury coverage at 7 if they remain available. Was pleasing to see Alcock have a good 2nd half to the NRC.
Dellit didn't look too bad in the NRC. Not sure what Foley's issue with him is; perhaps Paddy's OK at NRC level but just doesn't quite cut the mustard in Super Rugby.
Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
So just two spots left with Luke Burton and Sias now officially, official
