The program is different this year from previous years as we have introduced a National U20s Championships to be held in Canberra. These championships will be held from March 21 – 26.
The Australian 20s squad will be selected from these games
For players selected in the Australian u20s the following will apply:
Selection: The squad will be announced on Monday March 31 (It would be expected that unless injured, all players who participate in the National Championships will be available for club rugby on March 29).
Training Camp 1: Tuesday April 22 until Sunday May 4
Training Camp 2: Tuesday May 20 until Thursday May 29
IRB Junior World Cup – Thursday May 29 until Saturday June 21
mmm Backside failing out of the game in WA .....NOT LIKELY!
Pieter do you have the source for the whole CS team. Interested in ACT and Vic as well
Looking at some of those names, it is no surprise that they have made that squad. Congrats to all.
Does Shadow mean Shadow Squad- like in case of injury?
Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast.
What positions do these guys normally play in?
Generally speaking you aren’t learning much if your lips are moving!!!
Corey Thomas (6), Kane Koteka (7) and Richard Hardwick (8) were the backrow for the Force A against the Reds A. Although I think Thomas is more of a lock than a 6. Perhaps he played there because we had quite a few locks already playing (Walton, Battye, etc).
Harry Scoble is a hooker.
Brad Lacey outside back.
Angus Taylor a scrum-half.
Luke Burton an inside back.
I could take a guess at the other three, but I am really not sure. Good mix though. Great building blocks for future Force squads.

Only 10 names in that list unless "Shadow" is a player. Cool name if that's true!
Shadow sounds like he might be a brother to Razor
C'mon the![]()

Tim Koiatu is an outside back (KK's son)
Ross H-P is a loose forward, from memory. Happy to stand corrected on him.
Think that I found he is a loose forwardPacific Rugby Cup
