The constitution changed last year so that Rugby WA can change any rule/override any rule at their wish - so now whilst it may be a positive for some clubs and rulings/situations it may also be a negative.
There won't be consistency.
The goal posts may be shifted on a club at any time
Rugby ref I think your defence of this subject is slowly sinking. As for your personal attacks I have seen you ref so they do not bother me.
That would have to be the most brilliant, witty and scathing comeback I have ever read! If that were directed at me I'd be literally quaking at the knees and feeling decidedly nauseous.
Thankfully it wasn't.
even Chertuber wouldn't have the audacity,Ecky![]()
Seen you aswell ecky not quite as bad but close as for broke back mountain gunfighter I think he is just Hansies rent boy
your intellect continues to underwhelm me,Chertubler
I don't know how you do it - such clever and witty wordplay. I marvel at the sheer poetry.
Your English teacher, however, would be either ashamed or nodding knowingly thinking "I knew it!".
Very amusing but you two keep biting
Oracle, a rumour monger by any other name is still a rumour monger.
Churb, your posts bore me more than The AFL does.
Season's over, as is this thread. Good night to all the real fans.

on the parachuted refs,
it would be interesting to see how differently they referee the game over east, and whether it would have a negative impact on the game.
would it be possible/plausible?
I'm not sure what the rumour monger reference is about. I thought I'd asked a meaningful question and anticipated a meaningful response re how the referees would feel if they had been placed in a similar position to the players / clubs. It would appear that this is something that the referees do not wish to contemplate.
Mr Palitu's question above is also a good one and worthy of a meaningful response from any of the referees on twf.
Seeing as the reasonable question was asked 'how would refs like it', I will provide my opinion in the same context.
As a WA ref, I would be happy for exchanges / visiting refs to come in thru a season, as while it may cost me a game or two at Premier or other grades, the opportunity to ref / AR alongside those (especially if they were from a higher skilled comp / ref level) would give me the opportunity to learn and improve.
The $64k question it seems some want to hear from refs is how would I feel being overlooked / missing a GF because an out of state ref was brought in to ref a final. That would be something I wouldn't agree with, as I see the underlying aim should be to improve the comp. For a one off game where the ref hadn't been involved earlier in the comp, then I don't think that would be serving the interests of the comp (although I'm sure Chertubler would say anything would serve the WA game better than our existing refs.
I'll leave others to interpret what I've said and put their spin on it.
