2013 Emirates Western Force Awards Night
By RugbyWA Media
The 2013 Emirates Western Force Awards Night will be held in the Grand Ballroom at the Crown Perth on Saturday, 27 July 2013 to announce the Emirates Western Force Player of the Year, 2013 Rising Star, Force Man and Members MVP.
Comedian Peter Rowsthorn and Emirates Western Force MC Sue Gaudion will host the evening to recognise the achievements of the players on and off the field.
Guests will enjoy pre-dinner drinks, a sumptuous three-course meal and premium beverages from our partners, Lion and Peccavi Wines. There will also be a Silent Auction with plenty of fantastic items to bid for with all monies raised going back into growing rugby in Western Australia.
On stage, Brad Blaze, the world’s fastest painter will enthrall the crowd with his art, comedy and fire while Stratosfunk will be performing high energy soul hits from the Motown era to ensure everyone is on the dance floor late into the night.
You can order your tickets for $195 each or $1,950 for a table of 10 by completing the booking form and sending it to events@rugbywa.com.au or on 9387 0770.

“Everyone knows whether it’s rugby, politics or whatever, front-rowers should rule the world, so to have a hooker at the helm makes sense,” Nathan Charles Western Force & Wallabies Hooker.

And the award goes to the force fans for staying strong
After the so called sumptuous food last year I'll be giving it a miss his year.
The wine was ok and I did try to drink my quota but recon I fell well short.
May the FORCE be with you!
I will endeavor to get a table together again this year. So if you would like to me let me know who and how many!
Hertryk - 3 (mr Hertryk & friend will be joining us this year!)

Education is Important, but Rugby is Importanter!
A good litmus test for this season is how many Force players are representing the Wallabies against the Lions. I know I'll be smote for this but having been a member since the beginning, went to every match until 2 years ago when I left WA and still wearing my Force hat as a coach for Malaysia's Royal Selangor under 12s, plus still an employee of a major sponsor, I feel like I can air my view. Having only Bennie Mac on the bench is piss poor after 7 years so really, what are we awarding?? I was even at the Port Elisabeth debacle this year so I love the Force to bits but this is starting to shit me. Foley should get an award but the language I need to use to describe it would offend most members. What scares me is this will be Godwin's last award dinner, same as any promising talent who can see their future lies over East. I so hope I'm wrong......
[Beer & crisps......the pre-season diet of choice
You can relax insofar as Godwin's concerned Doobie - he's just re-signed with the Force until 2016

For those who want to know..I am just waiting on a possible 2 or 3 more and I will book the table for us... I will pay for the tickets and forward to you the details of my account...
I'm sad I can't go this year - had a great time last year!
