We are already there; that's why there's so much discussion about it on this website.
Hansie has alluded to some changes to the current situation so perhaps he can elaborate?
For your information those clubs in the inner sanctum are:
Cottesloe
University
Associates
Nedlands
Those on the outer with Rugby WA are:
Wests
Perth Bayswater
Palmyra
Rockingham
Kalamunda
Wanneroo
wanneroo has as many as the others except cott
battye
Stanley
hodgeson

Baysie has Mafi...
“Everyone knows whether it’s rugby, politics or whatever, front-rowers should rule the world, so to have a hooker at the helm makes sense,” Nathan Charles Western Force & Wallabies Hooker.
Wasnt Hodgson at Paly?
Pally has Manu.
Wanneroo also has Tupou and Lynn
West have CTM and Haywood

I'm guessing, but wouldn't RUPAs attitude to 'player assignment' have something to do with this.
I would as a rule be all over this thread and having a good old whinge but lots of force players heading our way from what I hear so I have no issue with it
Wests Scarborough 1st Grade juggernaut has played finals rugby each and every year since its inception and continues this remarkable feat yet again this season and unbelievably it's still rolling on and as an added little circle jerk for the masses Wests actually hold the record for the current longest unbroken finals record.
Wanneroo are represented on the rugbywa board these days aren't they ? Leon davies
Uwa have had no force players season to date play

Wanneroo have got quite a few attached to them but let's face it they are never going to get them playing, only Tetera. One thing I can say is that whenever I've been to Kingsway there are usually some of their Force players on the sidelines. Thats good to see. Phoenix was even running the water.
Badger goes to UNi to watch his brother play
Cheese and Sam not seen at the club in ages I think uwa have given up on them and are concentrating on the luke burton richie Hardwick scoble and Thomas group of young talent
Force boys seem to support the roo dogs really well have done since junior was around

The RugbyWA board sub committee which looks after the clubs is the CRAC which is comprised of former President's of Perth/Bayswater, Wanneroo, Nedlands and one who had a long association with ARKS as club Secretary. Difficult to see why they would want to favour inner city clubs as alleged by RM.
