Can someobody please tell Fox Sports and anyone else who would care to listen than Canno, as much as we luv him, was NOT the first Force signing.
It was David Pusey. Lets set the record straight.
PS. Good to see him helping the A side on Friday night.
i thought it was sheps? and canno second? sharpie third?
Nope. Def Pusey. Shep was down the list
Does anyone know the Force A team from Friday night?
Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast.

I noticed reading the Force pre-season magazine that Mark Bartholomeusz seems to have made a permanent switch too (note the name at the bottom in the contact details):

Hmm, I'm curious - how come then, in the book "Western Force - The Beginning" there is a chapter entitled Brendan Cannon - the first signing?
I can clearly remember trying to memorize the first few signings names in order to impress Mr WF'64 so that he would buy me a membership.
Nathan Sharpe was the second signing - from memory.
Was Canno the first publicized signing because they thought more people would be familiar with him cf to D Pusey? (no disrespect to David intended)
This from the news archives:

Got it in one. the first Wallaby signing.
So if this was ever a quiz night question, would you pay both answers?
