I know this isn't rugby related, but I found a snake in my yard a baby one, when I was cutting down some shurbs. Yes, as a complete fairy I ran away even though it was only 8 inches long lol
It had a yellow belly and a light brown top any idea of what that might be and should I kill it as I do have two young kids that like to dig in the yard?
I'm off to change my underwear as I hate snakes and bugs, I know great place to move to lol

"The only good snake is a dead one." (my Mum, circa ages ago)
It's illegal to kill snakes, but I guess you cant really help it if your digging and it just happens to wriggle under the shovel ... and is chopped in half ...
You could alway call up your local snake catcher!
did it look like this?

It had a bright yellow belly but the top was lighter brown than that one but like I said it was a baby being only small. it had a pretty big flat head for the size of the body.

shrub even lol the fear brought on the typo I guess. It also borrowed itself into the ground when I disturbed it near a tree, so wondering if it was a tree snake of some sort.
