Just read that the Lions game will be on Wednesday 5th June 2013 at Pattersons Stadium. Was hoping it would be at the redeveloped NIB. Cost for a platinum ticket is $70. This is more than any other game Vs a Super Rugby side and in a worse stadium![]()
I assume the ARU controls this fixture?
Obviously hoping for a bigger crowd then can fit into NiB and with the amount of people from England, Ireland and Scotland here they may achieve that
yeah was always going to be a subi .. just meansis going to be the best place for viewing in Perth

Chuck Norris has the greatest Poker-Face of all time. He won the 1983 World Series of Poker, despite holding only a Joker, a Get out of Jail Free Monopoly card, a 2 of clubs, 7 of spades and a green #4 card from the game Uno.
Also the way the NIB Stadium redevelopment is coming on, we (The Force) will be playing out of a "half completed stadium" or back to Scubiaco oval again next year. Looking out from my office, they still haven't dismantled the "KIWI SCAFFOLDING SPECIAL EASTERN STAND" yet..
can see it already, over priced, over budgeted and not completed in the time frame as 1st advised.
^^ the minister was on the radio this Moring on my way to work saying how the stands have been torn down and that there will be a turf Turing ceremony today and that the redevelopment will be completed in march next year?? Here’s hoping.
“Everyone knows whether it’s rugby, politics or whatever, front-rowers should rule the world, so to have a hooker at the helm makes sense,” Nathan Charles Western Force & Wallabies Hooker.
Just doing some shoddy maths... 15 000 Force members + the 15 000 Lions supporters that made the trip last time = 30 000 supporters right there. I think it was always going to be at Patersons.
Wow, the ticket prices for the 3 tests are astronomical!! May have to re-think my plan to go to all 3 tests! Either that or take a second job!
