Basically comes down to poor management from the top. New coach + a new CEO + new board members = new direction hopefully....at the mo it's "same same each year but not different"

It's still an offence to kill a swan in the UK as all swans are under the Queens protection.
Also it's one of those age old laws that still carries hanging if caught and apparently this has never been rescinded.

So,If the Queen kills a swan she will be hung & colin will have to rename the river developement?
Not true on two counts:
1. Killing a swan isn't a treasonable offense. It is punishable, as swans on most of the Thames are considered to be protected by the crown, but has never been considered treason.
2. Treason isn't a capital offense anymore. The were some remaining capital offenses (treason, piracy and setting fire to a naval dockyard) but the UK abolished the death penalty in 1998.
