Todd Louden, I don't know what his contract status is, but he'd be good.
Aside from that, a kiwi with some flair for developing backs, possibly Teitjens (sp) or a world cup coach with a shedload of experience.
I'm sick of stuffing around with a brilliant pack and ordinary backs, or superstar backs who don't do any work, or a team that won't talk to each other, or the coach.
I want a motivator, with a good rugby brain, who can get ordinary people to do extraordinary things.
C'mon the![]()

Sooo.....if McKenzie is betting on an average year for the Wallabies and is positioning himself for a run at the top job....?

Mitchell in a press conference after the Lions had won the Currie cup...said something in terms of...the team shows respect, they want to be here, they are 100% committed, they do what I tell them...I am also left to do the job I am paid for.......
What is this shit about preference ti sign a Aus coach I couldn't care less where he comes from as long as he is the best available if that person if Australia than do be it but if he is not sign his arse up matter what. I sick of us always being a brides made and settling fit second best!

Just saw part of the press conference. Get rid of him right now if that is at all practical.

A really good coach engenders confidence in his players. He makes the players believe in their ability, and gives them faith in their game plan. He makes them feel they are needed, they are skilled, and they are part of a bigger whole. He makes them perform at a level they have never before reached....AS A TEAM.
Wayne Bennett is the epitome.
What I have seen of RG is that the players are unsure of their role, or the game plan, OR don't believe the game plan. Players lack confidence (like Shep recently) until they take matters into their own hands.
Good riddance RG.
We are left without a coach, without a game plan, without a flyhalf, and without confident backs.
SHARPIE AS FORWARDS COACH I SAY!!!!
And Michael Chieka to show him the ropes before he takes over in 3 years!!!!
My post from other thread:
"Just watched ABC news, and what first sprang to mind after seeing RGs news conference was “hand in your keys and passwords, here is the security guard to ensure the door doesn’t hit you on the arse on way out”

I am looking pass the coach to the directors of RWA... what are these tossa's thinking mid season....Bam on the edge and to let this out. WTF. I am gutted. If we dont get a international coach how are we going get/lure experiance players to WA. Thet want to extend themselves professionally.
Whats Henry up to????? Come on RWA get a coach ASAP get him here early. While u are looking RWA get a backs coach with some attacking brains.
To be honest Graham didnt do alot for me.
