We should do some pilfering over at the afl.
Fast, fit, skilled and fit, did I mention fit?
Just for a laugh Dick Cunning should get one of these WAFL mid field belters and make him do some drills.
Wouldn't cost anything and you might find some talent. The kid would be happy to escape the stigma of being a homosexual that AFL brings too. Win win.
A lot of these marque players promise the world and end up delivering a farking atlas.

"Western Force coach Richard Graham has confirmed All Blacks linebreakers Ma'a Nonu and Cory Jane are two of the players in the mix to become the Perth-based franchise's marquee recruit next Super Rugby season.
The Force need to plug several holes in their backline following the loss of star Wallabies back James O'Connor to Melbourne Rebels and winger David Smith to French club Toulon.
Nonu, a 102-kilogram powerhouse with 56 Test caps, has been told his services are no longer required at the Hurricanes while Jane, who can play either full-back or wing, is also set to leave the New Zealand franchise.
But Graham says the Force will also explore other options.
"With Wellington's news over the last few weeks that there's Nonu (and) Jane (available), I think everyone's interested in them," he said.
"And whilst they're in the market, we will spend some time this week assessing those people and speaking to them if we think it's appropriate."

We all love to bag (no pun intended) Ma'a out, but in him coming here he would be doing it with something to prove. He sure as Shasta has the limited box set of Sex in the City season one (the one where Carrie first meets Big) would love to prove he is still AB material.
SBW probably wont be around next season for the Saders /AB's.
Its Nonu's last chance really. And don't for a second think that the AB's wont bend the rules to get him back if he suddenly develops form.
He would be awesome in the mid field, don't kid yourself.

My understanding was that Ma'a was strongly tipped for the Chiefs, maybe even along with Cruden.
Yup, that's what I'm hearing from some Chief fan mates of mine. Although he's being mentioned by a few franchises - Blues, Sharks (??).. more here
I'd rather we focus on Jane.
Stade Francais look to be collapsing. Lets get Paul Warwick back to oz, and see if Rodriguez Roncero or Felipe Contemponi want to come with him?
corey Jane - yes Nonu definitely no, he wouldn't have the "hood ' around him here, be warned...
Won't be Nonu - has signed 2 year deal with Auckland Blues.

Noticed that Sivivatu and Hosea Gear were both left out of the ABs RWC squad. No idea what their current contractual status is though.
Ben Smith too, he would be my candidate.
