Richard Brown will be playing for Cottesloe against Wanneroo on Sunday
Interesting.
He hasn't played for them all year, the only club rugby he has played has been in Sydney, if at all, and he turns up on Sunday.
The RugbyWA constitution states that a minimum of games have to be played to qualify for a final so how has this happened?
Perhaps Wanneroo should fly in Hodgo and Chris'O from Sydney and Junior from France 'cos someone has must have come up with Brown's air fare don't you think?
Oh well. Guess the Dogs will just have to put some hign balls up to Brown or just let Palei run over him like he did to Hockings.

And, I don't know who Cott No8 is but I guess he'd be mighty p***ed off to be dropped having played all year.
yeah, fairly sure this cant happen-maybe a little bit of misinformation
It is happening.
Bet it won't.
And if it's official, I'll volunteer my services pro bono to Wanneroo for the injunction application.
But I bet it won't.
You forget I'm a closet Cottesloe supporter, BDG ...
It should be good for the game!
Pally are bringing Ratu back for the finals as well.
Fulvio..It's happening and there's nothing that the Dogs can do about it.
But hey, he's only one player.
If what you say is true there is a lot you can do about it, and should do about it.
See your club lawyer.
Or better still, let him play, and if you lose, then see your club lawyer, and have the game awarded to you by the Supreme Court.

Apparently there is a "get out" clause because he was on international duty or some such nonsense
For 18 weeks? Even when he was playing club rugby in NSW?
I'll promise you this, if he does play, the loser of Nedlands and Palmyra will be filing their papers on Monday morning.
For goodness sake get some proper legal advice and don't let the bastards bluff you.
What are your fees these days Fulvio..Pro Bono maybe?
I'd hate to be seen as touting for business ...

And just as an aside, why do you think they've let this out before the game? So that if you scream about it after the game if you lose, they can put it back on you that you were advised, and did nothing about it.
I think there will be some very careful reading of the competition laws before 12.30 tomorrow (that's the deadline for registration apparently).
