welcome aboard Matt - you'll be glad you join us as we move to MES as the food at Spewby was rank!
Bugger, I'm gonna have to try and like him now.....
Just happy to be here
Oh come on TEF, he's a magnificent Prop, a world class....yeah you're right![]()

The inside word is that Burger King is about to take off with vast expansion plans in Perth, starting at Subiaco. Buy Buy Buy

Donut is no lemon
He can play both sides of the scrum, has been trialled as a hooker for the wallabies and is technically a very good scrummager with reasonable mobility and speed for one so large. He will be coming off the bench and will stop our scrum being raped in the last 20 where we have been losing games. A great signing.
Burger King already is in Perth, it's called Hungry Jacks![]()

sorry but i refuse to like him if he plays as badly as i have seen him play. lift your game up dunning and then maybe i will cheer for you.
Be There. Be Heard. Be The Force Behind The Force
Totally off topic but the Hungry Jacks v Burger King naming in Australia is one of the great little man shoving it up the big man stories in business history I reckon
As I said earlier, so long as the selection each week is on merit then I can handle the Dunning signing. If he displaces Pek due to a contractual agreement and then we lose the future Wallaby Loosehead post 2011, then ... grrr.

Dunning will destroy opposition scrums coming off the bench. He is a magnificent scrummager. he absolutely destroys first grade scrums in Sydney. He has taken on the best in the world for a decade. Don't let Al baxter's inability detract from Dunning. He can scrum and he's pretty handy about the park. he's learned all the tricks and will be great for any young forwards we have like Pek Cowan. Dunning will be a bench player and will be sensational. He'll only have to play 20 and he'll let it rip. If we get injuries he's good enough to go the distance. Nothing to prove. He's the best prop we've had at the club. Fairbrother is likely to be a great acquisition as well. We have finally built a pack with some mongrel and some hard heads. Game on
Ethicist that's two of your posts I've read in a row that I've kind of liked. Positive is the way to go and Dunning deserves a fresh start over here and I'm... willing to give him my support

A kick in this game is like a rather nasty alcoholic shooter, only as good as it's chaser...

OK - I think I can do this ..............
Dunning in real blue, therefore he is a top prop who does not give away incredible numbers of penalties and knows when to run not drop goal.
I can cheer for him.... maybe if I close my eyes ......
Nope - I think I will need some hypno-therapy to sustain this through a season.
I've always said Matthew was a magnificent prop and a true gentleman of the game.....retrospectively rewriting history with one post!
One thing's for sure, he knows a good deal when he's offered it. He'll be with a bloody good pack next year, have good support from the other four front rowers whether he starts from the bench or on the field and won't have to hold the scrum up alone like he did when playing with Baxter and Frier......I suspect he might drop a couple of kilos as well, since the Force want to play a mobile game, you never know, he might be a diamond that nobody has polished for 99 games, Mick Foley WAS the scrum coach for the Wallabies for most of that time.
Matty Tink'll sort out any deficiencies there might be, and you can't really complain about replacing AJ with a Wallaby!
AJ to return to claim his Wallaby jersey in 2 years, with Fitz, Whits and our all Wallaby pack
If Fitzpatrick signs, we'll have one of the best front rows in the country with a Wallaby prop sitting on the Bench (Fairbrother WILL be picked next year....streets ahead of Baxter, who is in the squad right now) and swo potential Wallby hookers in the fold.
Backed up by our all Wallaby backrow and the unarguably best lock in the country, we won't be short of ball!
C'mon the![]()
