its the best front row int he country, but it doesnt stack up against international standard, ive always agreed with that!

    we need an option though!

So you're saying that Dunning & Robinson, as part of the front row and as Tahs, can't go forward?

And a lighter Brown can be used as a jumper in the line out.

He's just the all round perfect answer.

    Drop Palu NOW>

You mean the Tahs can't produce a front row that goes forward. Other than Moore no one else has been given a chance.

in a choice between palu and brown for the wallabies, id pick palu any day of the week, as said before brown is a good S14 player but it a massive next step to play first 15 rugby for the wallabies.........

Did Palu play that much better in the Super 14 than Brown???

If Palu is good enough to make the step up than why not Brown?

Yeah but you don't know whether he can make that step if you never even give him the chance. He played an absolute blinder in the Australia A's narrow loss to the NZ Maori.

once again australia A isn't tri-nations, i'm not putting brownie down, but in my opinion palu is a better player for the job, do you not think robbie deans would pick palu is there was a better player available and fit.........

By the same token they are talking of starting Tahu this week.

And he looked like Wendell on his first game. Wandering round the backs like he didnt know where to go.

Well how we ever going to know how he could perform in tri-nations if he isn't given a chance.

So far the argument (from you and WJ) has been that Super 14 and now Australia A are not the same level as Tri-Nations. I agree, but if Brown has played outstanding at both levels why couldn't he do it at Tri-Nations level? It may come as a bit of a surprise, but until you actually play your first test match, you can't have experience at test match level.
